Before you arrive

Socks Required

Grip socks are required for all children; regular socks for adults. Grip socks will be available for purchase if needed.

Reservations

Playtime is limited to 1 or 2 hours based on your reservation. Reservations are highly recommended due to limited capacity. Plus it makes it easier to pre-sign the required waiver and be able to quickly check-in upon arrival. Walk-ins may have to come back later.

Parties

Birthday parties or private events are only hosted after hours, not during regular play. Birthday parties are allotted for a 2 hour time slot. Space is limited to 15 playing children. A separate party area is available for food, etc.

Age Range

Play area is only for children 0-7.

Supervision Expectations

Parents/Guardians must supervise children at all times. Only one adult per child in the play area, please.

Fun & Safe Play

Safety comes first! Let staff know if you notice rough or unsafe play.

Outside food and drinks

Outside food and drink are welcome in designated areas. Our conveniently located neighbors at Mochalicious provide hand crafted drink option before you come in to play!

Planning to bring the family?

We love families and just ask that you limit adults in the play area to one per child. When booking online, please reserve a spot for each adult attending. Your reservation includes 2 adults free- each additional adult is $5 each. To follow our capacity limits, unregistered adults may be turned away.

Have homeschoolers?

We will have tables in a separate space available for them to work on schoolwork while the younger children play!

Cleanliness

Safety and cleanliness are our priorities. That’s why our playhouse is cleaned throughout the day with kid-safe, non-toxic products. We also perform deep cleanings twice a week to keep everything fresh and worry-free. 

Community Responsibility

If anyone coming into the playhouse is feeling under the weather, you must reschedule. We want to ensure we do our part to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
